We serve individuals and families who meet our income guidelines. To determine if you are eligible, please review the chart. Find your family size listed on the left (do not count roommates.) If your total family income is less than the amount shown, then you may be eligible.

All intake interviews are conducted via phone. After completing the Intake Request Form or leaving a voicemail, one of our Law Clerks will call you to complete an intake. The intake process is not a guarantee of service. After an Intake interview is complete, callers should expect a call back within 2 weeks to be notified whether a CJI attorney is able to offer representation in the case.
